If scanning is no longer taking place, a user can reconnect using the following steps:
1) Unplug the Shadow Detect Hardware Scanner from the mains
2) Wait 10 seconds
3) Plug it in again
4) The Shadow Detect Hardware Scanner should light up to identify that it is switched on
If the box still does not connect:
1) Unplug the Shadow Detect Hardware Scanner from the mains
2) Go to your Profile page by selecting the menu icon at the top of the screen and selecting "Profile"
3) At the bottom of the Profile screen, select Sessions.
4) Find the session for "SD_Device" and Click the Log Out button.
5) Go to your Profile page by selecting the menu icon at the top of the screen and selecting "Profile"
6) Click the link for "Restart Onboarding"
7) You will be logged out of shadowdetect. Please re-log in and follow the on-screen instructions.
