Resolving A Vulnerability

In order to resolve a vulnerability, users can perform the following steps:

1) At the Dashboard page select the menu icon at the top of the screen

2) Under the User section select User Devices

3) Scroll through the list, using the > and < icons to navigate through pages if necessary and find the vulnerable device

4) Select View Risks

5) This will lead to a dedicated page of the device

6) Scroll through the list and select the vulnerability

7) Select Resolve Vulnerability

8) In the Comments section enter the steps that have been taken to resolve the vulnerability

9) Select Resolve

Alternatively:

5) Select Resolve Vulnerability
